Acceptance of Terms

By accessing KxAlgo, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use KxAlgo. KxAlgo may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

What is KxAlgo

KxAlgo is a systems lab and access platform for algorithmic traders and investors. KxAlgo provides reviewed access to selected trading systems through Copy Trading Access, Signal Access, Investor Access, and other delivery routes. KxAlgo does not sell Expert Advisor (EA) source files or provide investment management services.

Systems Access, Not Source Code

KxAlgo may distribute the Receiver EA as a compiled executable (.ex5) for licensed clients only. The Receiver EA is a licensed execution bridge that connects your MetaTrader 5 account to KxAlgo's trade instruction service. You do not receive the source code (.mq5) for the Receiver EA or any underlying trading systems. All distributed files are for licensed use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Eligibility and Access Review

KxAlgo may require applicants to provide information to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and assess risk. Access may be approved, declined, paused, blocked, or revoked based on risk assessment, compliance review, suspicious activity, operational limits, technical capability, or other business reasons. KxAlgo reserves the right to refuse access for any reason or no reason.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining account security and login credentials
• •Your trading account, broker account, and MetaTrader terminal setup
• •Compliance with your broker's terms and applicable financial regulations
• •Using a dedicated MetaTrader 5 account for KxAlgo systems only
• •Not running manual trades or other Expert Advisors on the same account
• •Monitoring your account and system status regularly

Prohibited Misuse

You may not:

• •Resell, distribute, or share access or files
• •Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the EA source code
• •Use the service for automated account takeovers, fraud, or abuse
• •Attempt to access other users' accounts or systems
• •Place charge-backs or false payment disputes
• •Use the platform in violation of applicable law

Payments and Access Setup

Payment for KxAlgo access confirms your request and initiates the access setup process. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. KxAlgo does not store or process credit card information directly. Payments are final and non-refundable once setup begins.

No Guarantees

KxAlgo provides platform access only. We do not guarantee profits, matching trade performance, positive returns, system availability, or specific outcomes. Past performance does not indicate future results. Trading is risky and can result in total loss of invested capital. KxAlgo is not responsible for broker execution, technical failures, internet outages, MetaTrader platform issues, VPS failures, or account losses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KxAlgo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your liability is limited to the amount you paid for access to KxAlgo. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Changes to the Platform

KxAlgo may modify, suspend, or discontinue systems, features, or services at any time. KxAlgo may change the fee structure, access requirements, or terms with notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled according to applicable legal procedures. Consult a qualified legal professional regarding your rights and obligations.
